Welcome to PPS.

Poulton-le-Fylde Photographic Society meets every Thursday evening from September to June each year. Meetings take place in the ground floor meeting room of the Methodist Church Hall, Queensway, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7ST starting at 7-30pm.

The membership ranges from beginners to those with considerable expertise in photography, and has a good mix of colour, monochrome and nature workers.

The 60th Anniversary Dinner of the Society was held at the restaurant Twelve on Thursday evening 23rd April.
Guests of Honour were our old fiend Gordon Jenkins from the L&CPU and his partner Wendy Stowall.

A project was started by Ray Wilson at the time of the 40th Anniverary of Poulton Photographic Society to record the memories all the previous Chairmen of the Club (see the photo above).
That project was not finished at the time but now, in time for the 60th Anniversary, you can listen to the memories of 22 of the 25 past Chairmen. Go to the Downloads page of this website and click the link to the video.
