L&CPU Club Knockout Competition 2015
41 clubs entered the L&CPU Knockout Competition this year. Poulton-le-Fylde PS came joint third overall, missing out on tying for first place by only one mark.
Each club was allowed four images and these were scored on a knockout basis. Any image knocked out in the first round scored 1 point; those knocked out in the second round scored two points etc. Poulton scored 14 points in total, whilst the two winners tied for first place with 15 points. A fifth image was then used as a tie-breaker. Wigan 10 came 9th= with 12 points.
The top 5 clubs were : 1st Southport PS 16 points 2nd Crewe PS 15 points 3rd= Poulton-le-Fylde PS 14 points 3rd= Chorley PS 14 points 3rd= Holmes Chapel CC 14 points
