It is with great sadness that we report the death of one of our Honorary Life Members, Miss Chloe Johnson MBE FRPS EFIAP APSA, on Sunday 16th August 2015. Chloe was internationally known and respected as an exceptionally talented photographer with a keen eye for colour and composition. As well as entering many international competitions, she judged around the world and was awarded her APSA for services to the Photographic Society of America. She was a long-time member of Blackpool Photographic Society until its closure in 2001, when she joined us at Poulton. She attended meetings at our club until fairly recently when she was well into her eighties. It is a sad day for the world of amateur photography, in this country and across the world.
