Congratulations go to our own Richard O'Meara DPAGB BPE3* who has gained the rare distinction of becoming L&CPU Photographer of the Year 2022. In achieving this overall award, Richard gained first place in the digital sections and second place in the print sections of the annual individual members' competition. Additionally he was equal first in the Digital Nature Workers' section and equal second in the Print Nature Workers' section. In these last two sections he was competing with his wife Gillian O'Meara DPAGB BPE2*, who beat him in winning the Nature Print section but coming second to Richard in the Digital Nature competition. Well done, Richard and Gillian!
