The four remaining photographic societies of the Fylde area met in friendly combat on Thursday 14th November in their annual Digital Image Competition. Lytham St Annes PS were hosts and Colin Douglas of Newton le Willows was judge for the evening, bringing a good sense of humour to the proceedings. The final scores were Poulton 353, North Fylde 344, Garstang 343 and Lytham 334. Our Chairman, Michael Kay, collected the trophy from the Judge. Three images from Poulton gained maximum marks. They were 'Greenfinch Feud' by Gillian O'Meara, 'Juvenile Woodpecker Attacking Starling' by Richard O'Meara and 'Coming Home' (pictured) by Tom Richardson.
