Poulton come 2nd overall in L&CPU club competition.

The L&CPU Digital and Print competitions were held on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd March respectively. There were 42 clubs in the Digital competition and we came 5th in Nature and 4th in the Open section. This placed us 4th overall in Digital, which would have been enough for us to qualify for the national PAGB championships in Warwick if we hadn’t already done so. There were 22 clubs in the Print competition and we came 2nd in Nature, 2nd in Mono and 4th in Colour making us second overall in Prints which means we qualify for the PAGB print championships in Blackburn. There were two top scores of 15 in the Print competition : ‘A Different Kettle of Fish’ by Richard O’Meara and ‘Which Way Should We Go’ by Barry Dickinson (pictured). Further details of the two competitions will be found on the External Competitions page of this website.
