More success for Poulton Photographic Society. On Saturday 15th November the Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Union ran a print competition - 'The Bob Robinson Trophy'. The competition is intended for club photographers who do not currently have any photographic qualifications. 17 of the federation’s clubs took part and Poulton PS had outstanding success, coming First Place in the competition by quite a wide margin. The whole team scored highly and contributed to the club’s success on the day. Images could score a maximum of 15 points and this was achieved by 4 of the club's images, which are shown on the External Competitions page of this website. The Gold Medal was won by Tim Gartside for ‘Midnight Sentinel’, pictured.
