The L&CPU Club Competitions for 2025-26 were held last weekend at Chorley. The Digital Image competitions were held on Saturday 7th March and at the end of the day Poulton were in 4th place, out of the 39 clubs taking part. We had a much better day on the Sunday, however, when the Print Competitions were held. 19 clubs entered prints and Poulton won each of the three sections ie Open, Mono and Nature, making us the L&CPU Print Club of the Year. Incidentally, in the Club's Sixtieth Anniversary Year, it was good to regain the Tansley Memorial Shield for Mono Prints, which we first won in 1968, the year after the club was formed.
