Tom Richardson ARPS DPAGB EFIAP BPE4* is seen holding the Best Print in Exhibition trophy after it was presented to him by the Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Union President Mr Henry Mullarkey. The winning print, taken during last year's Tour of Britain cycle race, is held up for the camera by Henry, whilst Roger Goodwill, who chose Tom's print from all those on show, is on the right.
