Following an interest in Nature's wonders I started to record images by photography in the early 1970's, taking a break in 1992 having achieved the Excellence award ( EFIAP) in International Salons. A chance meeting with Tony Collier in 2006 rekindled my interest in photography, when I was blown away by the advances of digital images demonstrated by Poulton members in a competition I was asked to judge. I was given a very enjoyable year's membership and have since taken on the role as Chairman. I followed that with the job of External Competition Secretary. I've also started to enter BPE and International salons again.
